Hi All,

I have 10.5 YOE in managing products and projects. Recently gave an interview for product owner role SCB GBS. Currently, I have been requested to submit documents and there would be further HR negotiation rounds. I wanted to understand what would be the expected Salary range for the experience and role. CCTC : 29.16 (fixed). Also, is it a good time to join the company? Considering, I read a lot of threads with negative comments and caution. Thanks in advance!!

1. Ok, so for me... I didnt get hike last year but last to last year I got bare minimum hike. So Its not true that from past 2 yrs peiple haven't received any hike. This simply depends upon the vertical in which you are in.

But I can not commit for next 2 years hike. Lets hope for the best.

2. AVP role is band 5b. and yes, for band 5b usually years of exp expected is 15+
