Hi all, I have an offer from a startup company called Inaho Digital Solutions. I’m currently working as a Supply chain management consultant in Capgemini and I got the same role in this new company as well. I want to know the goods and bad of a startup, should I consider it? I tried to give interview in many companies and among them 3 other MNC and product based have put my position on hold. So at this moment it seems like I have no other option other than to join this start up.

In probation period which will end in December, manager level, onboarded as PM role, got applause from a partner and director for bd works, obtained 3 badges and did 4 projects internally. Will that be enough to pass the probation?

Pay is good, but missing the mission aspect of work. Have interview offers from Microsoft and Amazon for cleared PM work, but most of them are less product manager work and more adjacent program work.

Got offer from deloitte and honeywell. Deloitte offering X+ 3.5 Lpa (2 lakhs as JB) for Mumbai location and honeywell X+ 8 Lpa for Pune location. Please guide as tech stack in honeywell is their own product and proprietary language whereas in deloitte its open and will help in future switches or help in learning curve. Please guide. How is hike and onsite opportunities in both organizations
