Hi all!! I have attended the interview for senior engineer role with .Net as the key skill. I have given all the rounds and they were pretty good according to me. But I haven’t heard back from the HR yet. It’s been few weeks and everytime I call her she says she will update me What should I do ?

Qualcomm has a pretty slow offer approval process, but most of the times at least the “send pay details” email should be sent out within a week of final interviews. Else you either might be in the pipeline with other candidates being interviewed, and a reject email once the selected candidate accept his/her offer.

Any idea on how long it takes to roll out an official offer after all negotiations are done?

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Do teams wait to reject backup candidates until the preferred candidate has signed an offer? Did all interviews a few weeks ago and was told I’d get a decision ASAP but nothing yet. I’m reviewing my resume getting ready to start my job search and have a question for recruiters, hiring managers. I’m looking for a role brand-side not agency side. Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

I recently started with Firm A (AM Top 200), and Firm B (AM Top 50) reached out for an interview. Given the potential pay with Firm B is significant (I’d say life-changing), I scheduled the interview. Should I disclose Firm A during the interview or wait and only disclose if Firm B makes an offer? Between now and the interview, I will not have completed any significant work for Firm A.
