I have previously done Azure Fundamentals and was thinking to move towards the lattice of Azure only but wanted to check before jumping back to Azure again.

Used to work at JPMC in a compliance role. Left for a few years. Interviewing for a WM KYC Onboarding Officer Associate position but have yet to speak to HR. Have interviewed with hiring manager and interviewing with ED today. The position wants 5 years of experience. Worried about the salary. Anyone know the range? I need everyone’s help😭 Money aside, how did you finalize which idea to pursue? I’m struggling to narrow it down from 4. Focusing is not an issue for me once I’m locked in, but I’m struggling to get there because I haven’t finalized which idea to focus on. A question for VCs: I’m currently a VC analyst. I want to eventually come back to the VC industry and perhaps become a partner (if possible). However, there’s an opportunity to work at an Endowment Fund (Harvard/Yale/Stanford level). Would you recommend me to spend the next 3-4 years doing something that’s not directly VC related? I work for a global, top tier tech/consulting company. Have been there 5 years. I have my MBA. I moved from client delivery into HR role last year. I just received a zero increase to my salary. I am a high performer. I was expecting 2-3% merit . Salary is 93k. Need an honest outside perspective of what to do. I feel as though my loyalty & high performance count for nothing. A parent of one of my students told admin she thinks it's irresponsible that I won't be grading over Christmas break. I let the students know to get any work they need graded in before the break and I'll get it to it during our workdays in January. Apparently that's not fast enough for her 🙄. I got a job as a infrastructure consultant right out of college 3 years ago and later became a solutions architect at the company I am at now.
