I have got an offer from Coursera for a Sr. Data Scientist role, they mentioned it is an IC-4 role.

I just wanted to know if this is the appropriate level with someone with 8 yoe and a Mtech background?
Also, can anyone speak about the job security and WLB at Coursera in India location.
Bonus help, can anyone give an insight on the salary range for this level.

I have an MHA and 4 years of management experience. I’m currently a manager, but seeking a director level position. Any advice for trying to temper my expectations? I feel like all director level positions have 5 years in the posting, but a lot of my peers with the same experience are already in director level positions. Are they just lucky? Am I jumping the gun? Do I just need to stick it out?

What would you do if you didn’t need money? I have a fair amount coming one day and don’t actually need to work to live a good life (middle / upper-middle class).
