I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I have an offer for Tech mahindra with DOJ 5th April.
I have placed a counter offer in march with Tech M .They are doing a salary revision with Joining bonus and they said they are waiting for JB approval. They didn’t send the revised offer letter yet. Do they usually take so long for revised offer letter. I have just a day left.

I need advice from the collective. It seems like there is a trend to sell wine in unique bottles. The only problem with this, those bottles will not fit into my wine fridge. I can speak fluently in any presentations or debates. But my words get struck in my mouth when it's time to reject anyone or anything.

Now comes the scenario where I have to reject the companies I don't wanna join.

I sent mail to all companies, big companies didn't even bother to call back. But one mid sized company HR keep on calling me and says I'm doing wrong and if I want he can counter my existing package or give me more than that.
