Hello fishes,
I have offers from Tiger Analytics and o9 Solutions . Both companies offering similar pay.
I have 2.5 years of experience in Data Science more specifically time series analysis. I know o9 has main domain in time series forecasting for supply chain analytics. But my work will depend on the client I will assigned to.
Which is the better company in regards to machine learning and data science exposure.

Ask Accenture 16 lpa fixed plus variable
HR is saying they couldn't do 16LPA fixed.
I think Accenture is a good company I am also going to join there in October just I have one concern in last Lockdown they fired employees and one more thing you will not get variable full ...you will get not more than 40-50 percent of variable.So consider your ctc as not more than 14.5.Anyways Accenture is a brand I have not heard of sa.global so I think Accenture is good.
For your 5.9 years of experience, you have a lot more to learn and sa.global would be a very good place for learning.
As in one other comment above Accenture had fired few people during covid (couple of our ex sa.global employees who joined Accenture few months before covid, got fired as well). Whereas not even one employee was fired in sa.global and there were only salary deferrals which were paid back as promised.
As you have mentioned sa.global is a known name in Dynamics 365 space, may not be known to others so not worry, go ahead and take a wise decision, join sa.global.
:) Would say sa.global is better place to learn compared to Wipro as well.
On the salary part, from what I had seen, three to four years down the line you should be getting more salary working in sa.global than in Wipro or even Accenture. I am assuming you want to work long term in the next company you move to.
If you are still not convinced, would say speak to the sa.global HR and check out if they are ok to hike your offer. You could give a try, than feel bad in the future.
