I am getting lot of job related mails for the companies whose name I have never heard of. What to do in this case? Whether give interviews since it will eat 1 hr of my work time also. Or any suggestions?

I went through the entire recruitment process and got selected for IBM ISL. Now I am being told by the HR that they are unable to release offer as there is a hiring freeze.

HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I felt like a walking zombie during thanksgiving, barely eating and barely talking. My family is small and I told them ahead of time my relationship ended.
