I’m close to receiving an offer from Visa to join the VCA team as a Client Consulting Manager & i’m now asking myself a few questions 1) Is this an appropriate/fair level given my YOE (6YOE + an MBA) 2) Target pay shared is about $131k (huge pay cut for me) - is there anyone in this role who can share what Total comp looks like/year and shd I be asking for more in base $ + any chance at asking for sign on bonus?
