Hi all, I recently gave an interview in Microsoft for mgr role, I got hire from the first 4 panels & it all went positive including the hiring manager round 1, the last round was taken by a director but its an avg talent pool plus feedback, will I be considered looking at the competition of no of candidates appeared or it's going to be difficult for me, I am yet to get feedback from hr, the interview is happening for others. There is only 1 opening too. Plz post ur exp if u were in this spot.

Is anything wrong with tech Mahindra hiring after submission of documents and salary discussion they want to have again technical round..if they want to reject why they do it in early stage.almost 3 week of search time wasted.

Had the final round interview and then was just told that there isn’t headcount for this team but if there was I would get an offer. Anything I can do or just keep looking? Hiring manager told me to hit him up periodically to see if there is a spot on his team
