I recently interviewed with LTIMindtree and successfully cleared two technical rounds. The HR representative mentioned that I would receive further communication regarding document uploads for HR round, but it has now been two weeks since my second technical round with no response — despite my attempts to follow up.

Could anyone advise on how long HR processes typically take at this stage in LTM? Or is a lack of response generally considered an informal indication of rejection?

Currently applying to a government position for the army corps of engineering. Does anybody have experience working for the government?

I joined IBM on 30 May 22 & bench since then (Skillset: D 365 F&O)
There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:
"Any refusal to accept available assignments offered by WFM Manager or to participate in interviews will be viewed as failure to comply with instructions of management & will attract disciplinary action."
Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?

How long they take after project manager round?

I got invited to a second round interview with a big company. The title sounds more senior than my current title, but the work responsibilities feel like a step down. I am wondering if I should still interview (to see if they will consider me for my desired role instead or at least, get some interview practice for when a better opportunity comes along). Thoughts? Is it ok to reject the offer if they make one, on the grounds of the role not being a good fit for me.

I’m applying for a job that requires a writing sample. I would like to submit a sample that was filed and used in a case. The problem is, all of the samples I can submit also include a partner in the signature block and were reviewed before filing. Any tips on writing a cover letter explaining that, aside from minor revisions by the partner, the writing is my own?

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
