I recently received an offer from T-Mobile (TMUS hyderabad) for the position of Data Engineer. Along with that, I also have offers from Cognizant and Deloitte. I am wondering whether it would be safe to choose T-Mobile, as it has only recently started operations in India. I feel a bit uncertain about the work environment there.

Company y offered 11 LPA

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
How do I initiate negotiations with x? I have plenty of time left in notice, but x also requested to join early (if previous company releases, with buyout+bonus) for which I have discussions next Wednesday.
