i have got a offer at Valtech India with

Offered fixed pay : 15.52 LPA , Offered Annual CTC : 18LPA

Sign on bonus - 1L

Should i be taking this or ask my current company only by showing them the offer letter or apply with other company considering i have 30 days notice period ? do valtech give 100% variable ? can i ask more with valtech like 20 LPA ?

Director recently gave me add’l merit-based raise (after my annual raise, been here 14 months) & slight title change to Marketing Comm Specialist II. No plans to add a level 1 (would be lower) specialist but will add level 1 engagement specialist to team. Should I update resume/cards or is this confusing?
