Also involves Gen AI and AI Models LLMA etc.. – OpenAI integration and prompt engineering

🔹 Offer 2 – athenahealth - one day office

Role: Backend with Node.js, Typescript and legacy
Tech Stack: AWS, microservices

My Priorities:

Strong job security
Better work-life balance

Hi fishes, I want to move to management consulting. Current role is an internal data science consultant for driving OpEx.
Background: MS in Statistics from tier-1 Institute, 3 YoE across Bank of America and UBS, based in India.

Is it possible without a) going for an MBA b) Starting from the bottom at Undergrad analyst level.
Would ideally target pre-MBA Associate level (one step short of post MBA level).

I recently made the switch from industry finance to consulting and I’m struggling to find my place within the role. I was brought on as a Sr.Associate and I feel like I’m not producing at the same level as those below me. I’ve been told that my focus probably needs to move from producing deliverables to guiding/leading those who are producing deliverables. It’s really throwing me for a loop here and I just want to know if this guidance for a sr. associate makes sense in the consulting world.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I have more than 10 years of experience in Manual/Database Testing, Data Consulting,Data Quality and Data Migration using SQL. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and certified Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). What salary should I ask for. I mean any average CTC looking at the current market and my YOE.

I have 2 offers one from ZS 8lpa + bonus + food wifi +elrp+ gradutiy and pf = 11.5 lpa

Other from LTI 10.7fixed+ annual bonus+ graduity + pf = 12 lpa

ZS is convenient travelling wize LTI is little far.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages?
