Hi all, I’m currently working in London, UK with 1 year experience at a small firm, planning to move to Toronto, CA and apply for Big 4 Consulting as a fresh undergraduate.

Been looking for info on the application process; stages and deadlines, and want to make sure I’m correct in my thinking and prep. I assume applications open in September and stages include, resume/cover letter, psychometrics, interviews, assessment centres, and maybe case interviews? Any insight is much appreciated!

Has anyone appeared recently for Microsoft drive, how many days does HR typically takes to get back to the candidate for the results, it's been a week and the HR is ghosting me, I've gone through 4 rounds of interview including hiring manager.

I have an interview for a Principal Renewals Manager role at Slack/Salesforce this Wednesday and I was hoping for some advice on how I can wow them? Ive done a lot of research and made loads of notes but get very nervous in interviews and dont always articulate how I would want to / say everything I want to cover. Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Summer intern at BCG. I've been told by a few people that you need to spend your first few cases "earning your stripes" to gain staffing optionality or be servile/loyal to a pyramid to gain access to the cooler case work within that PA. It's seemed particularly emphasized at times.
