As of now, I have a six sigma green belt certification and have had 3 internships (one in Manufacturing Engineering and 2 in Industrial engineering) prior to my current full-time role.

I'm a 2022 MBA pass out from one of the second gen IIMs

I am a Strategic Sourcing Manager with 7 YOE in both direct and indirect spend across various industries (Life sciences, IT and Insurance) I have been offered a role with Fidelity for 13 lpa + 1.5 variable. Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

When job security and high pay and work from home these 3 major things I am looking for.

Currently seeking a new role that’s more challenging and fulfilling than my current. I’m currently at 85k, 3 years experience but trying to shoot for something over 100k maybe around 110k give or take. How achievable is this in a decently HCOL area? Any tips for negotiation? Should I start at 110k or go higher to try and get them to meet me?
