The attrition rate in Infosys for last 3 quarters roughly accounts to 75% (20+27+28). With nearly 3/4 of the company moving out in last 9 months, the Infy management have never seemed to have learnt a lesson from it.
Still no compensation revision given for employees who have been associated for long term (Say 4+ years)

Bro that salary is too low, who are these companies refusing to pay you even 16/18 lakhs, try for better product based companies or startups master DSA if you have to and System design, make changes in your resume to stand out as a good developer.
How long have you been at cerner? Yes right now every company is lowballing. Even if you deserve 20lpa due to budget restrictions the HR is not offering you more than 13-14. Every post that i am seeing right now the HR is not paying more than 30% hike to anyone.
I would suggest you to keep working on your skills and wait for 2024 maybe the situation will get normal (if more countries don’t decide to start fighting now)
So since cerner got acquired by Oracle the issues started occurring?
Currently 13-15 LPA is what every company is ready to pay. This is cause of a huge competition from the layoffs. Laid-offs also has a lot of knowledge and are being forced to join at lower salaries.
8LPA for 6YOE is too low. Please upskill youself and ask for hike.
