Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Beautiful stuff! It might help to add some of the thinking or concepting that went into the design, either in the write-up or by showing visuals of the process, color palette, etc.
You might want to combine the two Aerie projects that are at the top of the portfolio because it’s hard to distinguish between them right now anyway.
And I would move up Couch Tomato, maybe to where Aerie Real Period is. That one was super fun and I loved the hand drawn typeface. That and the Chilly Sheep are your strongest in my opinion. All of your mock-ups are beautiful.
I think from a UX standpoint you should add in a next and previous button at the bottom of every page. I have nothing better to do with my time and wanted to look at each piece on your website so clicking back to the home page was fine but it creates an additional barrier for anyone else looking and gets annoying after 1 or 2 times of having to do it

Hi thanks so much for looking! i do want to add some more process the issue is a lot of things are from a few years ago and i don’t have all of the files/sketches. i can add color pallette and typefaces things like that. Do you think I could get a branding/packaging gig or is there anything else I should add?
