Looking for some career advice. I graduated in 2024 and started working at an agency shortly after. I’m currently on an investment team as an assistant.

Our team handles CTV and Linear budgets from our client which we buy directly, however there has been talk about our team potentially losing CTV dollars due to changes in targeting from a local perspective.

I recently got an opportunity to switch over to the planning side and work my way up in that space (continued)

Can anyone recommend appropriate user tracking and sentiment / feedback gathering solutions for bespoke internal tools?

E.g to see user behaviour on an internal operational tool used by 100s of staff.
