My current CTC is 10 LPA , MERCEDES client in Bangalore with SQL Developer role. I received offer letter from TCS for 15 LPA has 1.5 LPA variable. Also received offer letter from Kyndryl of 12-13 LPA fixed. I feel less CTC I'm getting.

Kyndryl is telling need to go for Europe location for training & then Bangalore location to work in banking project. I see negative reviews as well regarding Manager/mangement of kyndryl.

Pls help, I'm immediate joiner, Which is best to go for?
