Hi all, my L1, L2 and HR interview rounds have been completed for Engg. Manager position. It’s been 10 days since HR round was conducted. How do I interpret this situation, positive or negative? How long does it take to hear the final decision? Can a person be rejected after HR round?

I have interviews tomorrow for a back office manager role in the independence office. This role is perfect for my skill set. What do I need to brush up on to be sure I nail the interview? Do I need to read up and regurgitate Kpmg verbiage/values? Focus on demonstrating technical key phrasing? Any tips/tricks are greatly appreciated

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it. I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product. I realize sheer number of cases doesn’t tell the whole story… obviously you can be buried on one massive case. I’m finding it hard to jump back and forth between everything I have going on right now, though, but I don’t know if the answer is to just deal with it.
