Need some assistance today I have completed 2nd round of interview with IBM where it can be called as managiral and HR where there not much tech talk but having salary and location discussion.

So can I expect offer from IBM or there will be more round of interview.
If offer can be expected how much time IBM took to release the offer.

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

HR is not ready to share the exact budget they have (weird!! because HR usually give the idea of how much they can offer )

Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co.
