Hello Fishes,
Most of the managers treat the employees serving NP as their enemy and there are high chances of argument with them. Any thoughts on what worst they can do with employee who is serving NP but have good track record previously.

As I understand it, political parties are separate legal entities as well (I haven't checked, but they must be, right?). Corporates are another type of legal entity. The legal framework governing them are different due to the different focus these types of entities have. To put it simpler, the laws governing them are specifically designed (well-designed or otherwise, not the point) to restrict some activities and enable others.
If I understand OP correctly, you want a corporate entity to form the government which would be governed by business laws. Assuming the company can generate revenue, and has been cleared to contest elections, then the major challenge would be to determine the reason for the existence of the company.
In most, nay all, cases, companies are loyal to shareholders. Who is the shareholder in this case? Can the company generate profit? How is shareholding distributed? What about the citizens of the country who aren't shareholders? I'm afraid this line of analysis cannot progress further unless these questions are addressed.
Lots of research required to proceed.
Still just wanted to give it a thought
