So guys I gave an interview for an analyst (Lead) in Enterprise Data & Analytics unit at a wealth management firm.

The interview was largely focussed on my current assignments and my experience working in past projects.

There were 5 people panelist and out of that 3 turned up for interview. Out of that one panelist kept quite although he was prompted to ask questions and he refused.Also, the other interviewer was Mr. KIA. What do you think about the culture? Any thoughts, is it worth pursuing?

I recently received an offer as an EM at McKinsey, 200k base. I see they raised the post MBA base to 192, will I see an adjustment?

I have been contacted by a hiring manager for a data analytical manager role to manage data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists. The team size will be around 15 people. The team will be over all analytics for the company. It is a 300 million funded healthcare startup and remote position. What total compensation package seems fair for this role? Currently, I am a EM at 200k TC. How should I handle it if they come lower than my current compensation?

Hello! Any CST/CSFAs on here? I'm curious about your salary and location! My small community hospital was recently bought by a very large hospital system. They gave large raises to 95% of our employees across all specialties (some called what they got "life changing") but our group was overlooked or disregarded with no explanation! Now we are losing employees (4 have put in notices in the last 3 weeks and pretty much everyone is looking). Any suggestions on getting someone to reassess our wage?

Hi Sharks, I am in a dillema. Recruiter from a company called me that I am selected for the role. After 1 hour another recruiter called me to schedule first round, from a different posting. Immediately I didn't told her that I am selected as the first recruiter didn't completely closed and mentioned that she is awaiting written form.

Should I give the interview or call the first recruiter to clearly tell me that I am selected or not?

2. Can I keep the current CTC thet he asked as blank and just state my expected CTC in email?

What is the average hike every year given in IQVIA and Deloitte India. My DI HR said it's 10-15% average in DI which is surely given and they almost pay the full overall performance bonus. Is that true? How much hike this year people got in DI and IQVIA and during pandemic year? Did they fire employees during pandemic?

For 9.5 years of experience, ibm offered me 15 fixed..as it's first offer I accepted the same.. from Accenture i received 17+ 27% vp..asked counter offer to ibm..they finally come and said..there won't be change in financial structure to match with Accenture.
So what should I do... need to sacrifice Accenture for work life balance :)
