What can be the average salary of 7.6yrs Java developer in TCS ?
Current: 15 CTC
TCS offered : 19 CTC including 80k retention bonus.
Shall I accept the offer or search for better offer ?

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

If I Accepted the TCS offer and lateron got another offer them cam TCS matchback or give best offer on latest offer ?

I had Technical and Managerial discussion with TCS on 2 sept. I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Any idea if they will be sending an offer?
