It's simple if you are joing for example if you are joing as deputy manager and salary given to you is 16 to 18L which I think above there budget range then you will not get hike in next year. Managers have to adjust your pay as minimum 90 percent of band , if they exceeds that you will not get any hikes
What is the starting band for deputy manager?
At each level the Rewards Team decides a budget for your role designation, if x candidate joins at High Compa and the market mapping of that doesn't show higher benchmarks in the subsequent year, there is a high chance that the hike will be miniscule.
