What's notice period in KGS during probation period? I've read it's 2 months so is it mandatory to serve 2 months even in probation period? I've joined on November 6th and I don't like the kind of culture here. Most of my team members from gurgaon and I don't see them helpful at all. And also when I asked leave for 1 day to my manager he is asking about reason and all.

Compliance question here, I have always thought of the SALT deduction on the fed return as a perm item & have treated as such in such sch M-3. I see that some people put it as a temp on sch M-3.
