I've gotten feedback that I'm too honest in my interviews, is that really a con for future employers? 🫤 How do I refrain from doing that anymore?

Any specific and actionable advice on how to better articulate your experience in interviews? I feel like I have been working on projects that are above my pay grade and my job descriptions (which my Manager also validated) but I have a hard time when it comes to selling myself in interviews. I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

Does anyone have any experience with tietoevry? How's the company/work culture? The person taking my technical round was quite rude to me but they still went ahead with the managerial round and now asking for documents. I offers from Capgemini and Globallogic.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
