Hi all Will I fail at BGV. I worked in 1st comp for 1.1 years. I got an offer from comp B on 17th August, and this one wants me to join on 23rd August. I told HR that I will resign and pay the amount for not serving the notice period. I resigned and finished all formalities and joined the new company on the 23rd. I got an FNF settlement letter as well but not reliving letter for not serving NP. Shall I hide this company in my resume? Shall I keep this experience in my resume?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)
