Hi All, with all the negative news of layoffs and decreasing profits, what annual hike and bonus percentage we can expect this year?
This is going to be my first hike so I will very much appreciate experienced folks here sharing their experiences.

P.S I joined in November 2022 and got a 5% hike this year for 2 months because my CTC was low and it was promised by hiring HR and which she committed verbally before I joined here.
So IMO, for above average performances 10-12% pa should be minimum.

Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. My sister might divorce with her husband, they have a baby of 1.5 year. We came from a divorce family and honestly never thought it would happen again - I feel powerless and I don’t know what to do. I feel bad for my sister but I am also mad at her (the fault is always in the middle) because they are not trying to fix it.
