Anyone transitioned from SaaS / PaaS consulting (SalesForce / ServiceNow / etc.) to GCP work? If so, thoughts on the change?

I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. Currently interviewing for a Cloud Program Manager role in the PSO. Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available.
