I work as the only associate on deals for one “smaller” (still by no means small) client that intentionally doesn’t invite me to calls or tells me before hand to not join so they don’t have to pay for two lawyers. I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again
