Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Any recommendations on a dining table that works as a desk during the workday? I've been wfh since covid started and live in a 1 bedroom apartment - my dining table is my workspace. The round shape doesn't work well for typing and it's not really the right height. Ideally if a dining table with a keyboard tray existed that would be perfect but as far as I can tell that doesn't exist :)

Need help w fam situ: Parents are divorced but share an apt in my city. Dad pays for apt &visits; mom lives there full-time & pays utilities. Mom works PT& has variable income but makes ~$40k; she has no health ins & ZERO saved for retirement. She has a condo she rents out & clears $200/mo, but she fails asset test for county insurance assistance program due to condo. Any ideas about what we could do w the condo? My speciality is Data analytics and BI (Qlikview, Tableau). 1) How likely I can get a gig from the US? 2) if a job looking for a remote 2-3 months contract do they care what country I'm in? 3) how can I compete Indian rates as I'm in Europe 60-70$ per hour as a BI consultant is a good rate but I see online rates as low 10$😫?
