Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

Following Case coach advice, it’s best you have done >20 cases for you to get the hands of it. But I would say apply regardless, the process might take ~3 months in between practice. It’s the number of cases you have done that matters but the quality and learnings gotten from it!
Thanks, absolutely i think its important to spread out learning across 2-3 months if possible :)
Depends on each person. Might take you 2 weeks or 5 months or 2 years. Or in number of cases maybe ~10, ~50 or 100+. Most candidates are along the 50, but depends on how much effort you put in to progress.
Just got my offer letter. I reviewed maybe 30 cases. I got word that i had an interview and then began prepping for 3 weeks. Continued to prep for the duration of the interview process.
Amazing, many congrats on the offer! :)

I did around 15 and got to the final round of a T2 which was like 7 cases itself
Did you feel like 15 was too little? what would you do differently? i.e focus on some other part of your prep. more like PEI
You can still give it a try, OP. You might think that 7 cases are still not enough. But who knows, right? it is still worth a try.
