Just wondering how many cases you would aim to do before an interview (MBB/T2)
I’ve done 7 live cases and general read up over the last month and one of the MBB’s recruiting has opened in my city. Is it worth applying, rather than waiting when im more ready but risk missing the window for hiring?

I have applied to various positions in amazon and i nevwr got an interview call. I have tried referral also but still i never got single interview call. The jd is suitable for my profile. Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. Sometime it shows my profile is under consideration then it gets rejected. How can i make it to amazon ?

I work at a Financial Institution and have recently been approached about a Director role with my prior company. It’s a great opportunity but I have 2 young kids (Preschool/Elementary ages) and I don’t want to sacrifice time with them for career advancement. I would love to hear from working moms in senior leadership roles to understand if it’s possible to balance both, or is it best to wait a few more years? Not happy currently and looking to move, but unsure of pursuing lateral vs. a promotion

Got a message from a Bain recruiter looking for experienced hires to start q1. I'm very interested but cautious because they're looking for a speedy process...feels a little rushed. Anything to be concerned about that I don't know? Like could this just be an attempt to get huge app volume or can I assume there's actually a chance if they reached out? I'm at a boutique in a niche industry, so just unsure of what would have drawn him to my profile.

I have accepted an offer for the role of Director of Data Science & Analytics and I'll be working with old colleagues. I am very excited. I haven't given notice yet because I am waiting for the background check to complete, but my boss just asked me about traveling to a meeting in November. I start at the new job Oct 25. Situation: I have a MBB and Amazon PMT offer for summer internship that I need to choose. MBB comes with FT offer, Amazon PMT will most likely result in return offer. If I go with MBB, I plan to exit to big Tech in 2-3 years. Y1 TC for both will be quite similar (around 230k).

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Please let me know your thoughts.
