Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Globant India Pvt. Ltd. Hi Globers ! I have an offer from Globant for the role of a BA. While discussing the role with HR pre and post the interviews & offer, I had specifically ask the HR to tag me to Ahmedabad location as that's my hometown and I do not wish to relocate. But she has rolled out the offer for Pune location ane verbally ( isn't giving me in writing ) assured me that the location will be flexible. May I know from the fellow Globers if we have location flexibility or WFH option available? Globant India Pv

Icon is not a good company. It doesn't care all about patients health or results and lies to sponsors about their mistakes and compliance with their deals
Takeda mostly hires nurses who want to be in industry instead of the hospital, from what I’ve heard
ICON is the perfect company if you’re looking for the adventure of being underpaid, overworked, lied to, poorly resourced, poorly utilized, asked to lie to clients, disregard patients needs, care little about actually helping patients, and love the instability of getting laid off at any moment just to drive up the stock price to benefit the CEO. ICON exists only for the CEO and shareholders to enrich themselves. I cannot unrecommend enough.
Micromanaging and tracking their employees. No promotion, no bonuses. To win the bid with the sponsor their cut any budget (meal hotel travel) to a bare minimum. £20 meal allowance in London for on site visit. Study managers have no knowledge of the protocols, cause for the sake of saving money they got promoted from Junior CRAs.
