Hi , Anyone who got promoted this quarter, are they able to see their updated new salary structure into myfinancials-> salary history?

I have put my resignation on 15th Feb, and since then, only my RM has contacted me.
Everyone already knew that I had a better offer, and my director said that matching that offer would not be possible.
Even then, they gave me the best rating ( DP), and after I got my rating, I resigned.
As of yet, HR and Director have not approached me, and my RM just asked for a confirmation, if I am sure.
Generally, when is the L2 lead and HR start their conversions, and will they match the offer I have now?

Anyone have pay/salaries for Instrumentation work? Not industrial but physical applications of strain gages, temperature, pressure, voltages, displacements, accelerations…

Big law M&A attorney with only ~1 year experience (but prior experience in corporate accounting/finance at F500). Really hate big law, so I'm starting to explore other options. What kinds of roles/positions are possible in house? What type of compensation? I’m a nursing home administrator and things have become so challenging in the industry I’m thinking of making a career change but I’m totally lost as to what i should do! Any suggestions about career pivots from healthcare administration? I just don’t see a light at the end of the COVID tunnel and nursing shortage in our country. Nurses have become so difficult to work with, there’s no loyalty, they leave and don’t give proper notice, the minute a better offer comes along they are out.

The reason I don't push back on an abusive client (whose work is garbage) is because my manager/partner don't want me to disrupt the client relationship; effectively letting management run the show.
