Hi, Are there a good number of projects in the pipeline at Thoughtworks? I recently interviewed for the Java Senior Consultant role and completed three rounds. I’ve been waiting for the final round for the past two weeks. When I checked with the recruiter, I was informed that they are still waiting for project approval/other process ( I suspect they had a quick joiner )

When you hear the title “consumer product manager” vs “product marketing manager”what job responsibilities do you assume each person has? Or do they seem the same? There has been some confusion internally for a new team/role and wanted to get a check from all of you on perception!

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ? Right now I am at 25 lakhs with 8.3 years of experience.
