I recently received an offer from Deloitte India for the position of Consultant (Gen AI Engineer role).
My CTC is ₹13,12,000, and there’s an additional performance bonus on top of that, but that depends on both company and individual performance.

I have 4 years of experience, mostly in Generative AI and NLP.

I wanted to check with the community:
1. Is this compensation on the lower side for a Consultant at Deloitte India, especially for Gen AI roles?
2. Does Deloitte usually reneg

I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike.
