Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.

KGS is good and better than accenture wrt to WLB.. Min 10% hike and bonus each year
If you are rated 2 - hikes can be 14% + 18% bonus
For rating 1 - 20+ hike and 25% bonus.. I am talking about IT roles only.... For audit tax it can go to 30/40% case on case basis.
Is this the default percentage for annual hikes and bonus ? Also there any perks kgs offers like wfh reimbursement etc?
Wfh reimbursement is just one time. Look at the salary and WLB part - for default rating it's 10% hike and 10% bonus.
I heard they are not giving wfh claim benefit anymore.
