Tata Consultancy what is the approval process of CTC and offer letter in TCS. I am experienced candidates had HR discussion , document got uploaded and verified but not received salary breakup (I have not asked for much hike it is less than 45%),ibegin status is showing as evaluation in progress ,HR is saying CTC is not approved yet they are trying to take feedback from business leader so want to know what kind of feedback they are waiting for.it has been more 3 week after Hr discussion

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I need your help/advise on IT career. I have 9 YOE in IT industry as a manual tester and i feel lost now. Not sure till when i keep on surviving in IT as competition is getting tough now days. Can HRs improve compensation after appraisal if the employee conveys that he expects a better package? Given that the employee good the best rating just the his current overall package is in the average range and not the best although he gets a good rating.
