Offered consultant role. What salary band should I negotiate for and has anyone had luck pushing for the SC title? Also, are there multiple levels of consultant, ie C1, C2, C3? TIA!

Hi! I just got an offer for a Manager position but the base was kind of low. I’m looking for advice on how should approach negotiating a better base and asking for a sign in bonus. Summary: manager position, offered 11k more than I’m currently making, annual 20% bonus (current bonus varies from 5 to 10%),no sing in bonus.
