Hi Fishes, I am a Talend ETL developer with 2.2 yrs of exp at TCS. But I have not learned that much in the current project I am in, it's all migration and excels now😅. I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I’ve been tasked with creating trainings to teach them these skills but it’s concerning to see how this new generation is starting to lack these assets. What happened?
