Go for Honeywell if you are looking for long term option!
Check with the recruiting HR for your in hand amount. I have heard TCS has unnecessary deductions for insurance and stuff so CTC looks good overall but in hand not so much. I may be wrong though..
In hand will help you decide clearly.
Data discounts are not more that 5% ….Tata cars only give you some help…but not on any other products….
I know more than 100 employees who work across TCS and none of them got and discounts on any products….car got some advantage but not that great!
Go for Honeywell for now. You can join TCS later maybe after a few years.
But once you joined TCS and left, you won't be able to join TCS ever.
Honeywell is very good for your experience and learning.
Joining bonus is just for 1 year. And after that you will receive less salary than Honeywell.
Go for Honeywell
Can you share the ctc breakdown for both?
Thanks. I’ve asked them the same they said they’ll check and come back
Still u have 3 days, negotiate the same with Honeywell. Definitely they'll. If not also join Honeywell.
Join Honeywell….else you will be shocked to see your in hand salary with TCS….soo many deductions and growth will be restricted to bands….even the best band will give you maximum of 8-10% hike
See where you get the maximum opportunity for development and growth, then make the choice
More deductions in tcs as they have a poor salary structure. In hand would be much less in tcs.
Honeywell over TCS
