I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. If yes, then my total income will become 521121.

2ndly, whats the penalty for late filing ITR?

Thirdly, I left my previous job on 02 March, 2021, so I received the Feb 21 & March 21 on April 2021. So does it come under FY 2020-21? OrFY 2021-22?
