Currently I'm working as a VMWare Orchestrator Engineer with 10+ experience.. Previously worked on Automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript(Rhino JS) stack as well.

Trying to move to Microsoft Azure Infrastructure side by taking AZ 900 and AZ 104 certification and Udemy/Pluralsight training courses.

Any feedback/comments ?? Is this a good career move ??

Looking for advice on what types of reports/data are most convincing to senior leadership for keeping staff on who serve internal functions (knowledge managers, intranet, content specialists)- I fear these are the positions which will be lost/replaced by contractors. I want to improve my quantitative skills so I can be more succinct. Any recs for skills I should learn? I can’t spend much $$ (i.e no grad school.) ps My title makes it sound like i have more background in analytics then I do :)

Anyone who laterally transitioned from T2 strategy to MBB, are you glad that you transitioned or regret it? Why?

Is CIPD a valuable certification? Is it appreciated in Europe only or US too? I have an opportunity to get it but not sure if knowledge is really up to date and worth time spent.

How have people regained their professional confidence after being transitioned out of MBB? I always had good scores overall but was average in problem solving, hence the transition. Now as I job search I can’t help but feel like if I couldn’t succeed as a bottom-of-the-pile Associate how could I possibly sell myself to another company?
