Did any of you or any anyone you know actually got set a new bar rating in the last few years? What is the expectations on getting exceed and set a new bar ratings at Ford? Also what can be the approximate hike % for the exceed and set a new bar ratings.

Some days I feel like I’ll never be able to find love because I come from a complicated childhood, have a lot of problems and, I want someone who would understand me. But I don’t think I could ever open up to another person because it feels like I’m trauma-dumping despite this being a core part of my identity and I want them to know how I lived and survived til today. Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Anyone have multiple FT jobs? I'm looking about to land a new primary FT job, as my current job is very very slow, doesn't really have any projects for me, and could end at any time (with a 30 day notice).
