Who knows about Goosehead insurances work culture. 5 min into sourcing I’m seeing some discouraging statistics about who they move up faster vs who they don’t. How do you explain those parts of your projects where you made decisions based on intuition and not necessarily some quotable textbook methodology?

I’m a rather ‘organic’ UXer who is often able to achieve impressive results just by following what makes sense to me instinctually.

Oftentimes I might unintentionally mimic the same steps as some methodology because it’s just what comes naturally to me.

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing.
