It’s an entry level business analyst position and an entry level digital position and was wondering if anyone wanted to case prep with me. I’m willing to work on anyones time zone. I'm working on skills to reposition myself from a branch of tech where certifications are mandatory and required to even interview into DevOps or software development. I'm currently taking some online classes in Jenkins, docker, python. I've found a few certifications you can test for. I'd love to be able to go into a mid level position vs Jr in the next few years. A) Are these types of certs helpful or useless? B) what skills differentiate Jr and mid level positions?

Joining location is Kolkata while project assigned is based at Hyderabad.
Would it be a good idea to join Accenture or better to stay back at TCS (retention offer: onsite & promotion) - considering I cannot change my base location from Kolkata. Will Accenture allow remote work once offices open?
