How long does it usually take to hear back after MBB final round? I think this was off cycle for experienced hires and it’s been 7 working days - should I keep waiting or move on? TIA!

So i forgot to move my 401k over from my old job a few years ago. Never done it since because I didn’t want to incur penalties. Moving job again, can I do it now?
