Resumes like this usually don’t make it past the screening bots that companies use. I suggest going for a more simple look without the extra formatting and picture.
Are you confident that your resume is really good? Goes against what most universities in America would recommend. But I know things can be pretty different per country.

I’d say it’s best to use LinkedIns feature for job search and ticking the remote positions filter.
Then view international recruitment firms. Thereafter review companies with a global presence.
Finally if you have any expat friends in relevant career areas then reach out to them.

You might want to consider a one-year masters in the UK. While the degree will be useless, it will give you a year to network

If you are interested in finance, I would consider creating a finance resume. You can look up templates online.

If we are talking about layout then something like this might work in the tech world but a more professional looking resume allows you to get past the robot filtering. They unfortunately don't recognize resume like yours. It is also standard practice to not have your photo on your resume.
For the material on the resume you have achievements but one year experience is not much and after a certain point achievements in uni don't matter. Depending on your resume, network, ability to interview, another person with far less acedemic achievements can get a better opportunity than you.
I would suggest looking at templates for industry you want to go into from Harvard or other big unis or even the ones your school has. Try networking on LinkedIn, honestly sometimes just physically going to the office you want a job at can work.

Focus on LinkedIn networking. Do not use remote filters. The resume needs a total overhaul. Humans like to read left to right and no need for a photo.
